SHIPPING 

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Priority and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Please note some countries charge a duty or tax on packages imported from the UK over a certain value. If your GAYTURE order exceeds the maximum amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order. Please check your country's tax specifications prior to placing your order, as Gayture cannot be held responsible for any tax payments. 

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for order processing and verification. Items are shipped from our London (United Kingdom) fulfillment facility. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has left our facility nor can we do anything to speed up delivery. If a package is late because of the courier, Gayture LTD is not obligated to refund the shipping costs. The main shipping courier we use is Royal Mail. When at checkout you will be given two shipping options one being Standard  and the other Track & Trace.  The standard shipping option will  be eligible for proof of shipping but we won't be able to provide a tracking number for you to track your parcel throughout it's journey. Our Track & Trace shipping option will allow you to view every stage of your order right through to expected delivery date. You will be notified when your order has been sent out for shipping. Some orders may take longer to be delivered than others as they may be quarantined at the Sorting Office in the destination country for a few days prior to being ready for delivery.  

International shipping can take anywhere from 1-21 days. Please keep in mind COVID-19 might cause delays to your shipment. Especially if your order is international. Once your order has shipped we have no control over shipping times. Please note that you can only make a claim to have your order redelivered after 30 working days from the date your order was shipped out. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged while in transit, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable item(s) 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special orders (merch is made to order), underwear etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All lost item requests must be filled within 7 days of delivery U.K. and 30 working days for international orders. You will qualify for a replacement shipment, which in turn will require a new delivery address. If you chose to use the same delivery address, you release Gayture LTD from any responsibility on any possible issues once the replacement item has been shipment.
Refunds will not be provided if your order is marked as "DELIVERED" by the carrier. 

WE ARE TAKING VERY STRICT MEASURES IN ORDER TO COMBAT MAIL FRAUD. Please make sure any claims are made within seven (7) days of you receiving your item(s). We reserve the right to refuse claims that have been made outside of seven (7) days.

Pre-orders
In the case of pre-ordered items, they will ship as posted on the item's product page. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by our supplier, international/domestic carrier, acts of God, etc.

Orders containing pre-ordered products will ship once the corresponding shipment for the pre-ordered item has arrived to our facility plus 1-3 days for order processing.

We are not responsible for delays in processing, delivery, shipping, changing pickup/delivery times and other services provided by the Royal Mail, DHL or any other carriers we use to fulfill our shipments. 

We cannot and will not change or intercept a package once an order is shipped out for delivery. 

Please note, all online orders are required to have a verified billing address. Addresses that do not comply will not be processed. We will contact the customer via email to modify the current shipping address listed or to change it altogether.

In order to ship your order, we need a verifiable address approved by Royal Mail. In the case that your address is not verified, we will contact you in order to receive a correct address. We have the right to hold your order and delay delivery in the case that we cannot verify your order.

Orders that have not verified their address past 30 days and not have been shipped will be cancelled and funds will be returned to the customer.
