I don't live in the U.K. Can I still place an order?

Of course! We ship internationally. Shipping rates apply so when checking out please enter your delivery address and a shipping rate should be displayed at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We generally allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered within the U.K. 

Busy periods during the year may cause slight delays on arrival times but please feel free to email us at info@gayture.com along with your order number and we will be able to assist you regarding your order.
International orders may take longer depending where you live. As we are based in the U.K. some orders may take longer to clear customs but please bear with us. 

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping within the U.K. is free.

Can I cancel / amend my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped then we can cancel or amend orders. If your order has already been shipped then unfortunately we wont be able to make any changes to your order as it would have already left our warehouse.

How can I get a refund on my item(s)?

If it has been 14 days or less since receiving your order then you may be eligible for a refund. As long as your product isn't damaged and the plastic seal hasn't been removed or tampered with then we may be able to offer you a refund. 

Please email over your order number to info@gayture.com where we will be able to review and verify the items.
We will be able to send you over a returns label where you will be able to send your item(s) back to us. 
Please note that the return shipping label fees will be deducted from the overall total amount refunded. 

How can I exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges on items. However, you can return your items back to us. Please have a look at our 'How can I get a refund on my item(s)?' page.

How long will my refund take to process?

Typically, money will be sent back to your account in 3 -5 business days. Shopify, the e-commerce service we use, estimates 10 days but have found that to only be in rare occasions.
