Refunds Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with plastic seals and tags still in place and unhampered with (any seals or cellophane wrappers that have been opened will not be eligible for a return).

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gayture.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we do not cover the costs for returns so any shipping fees that occur to return items will be deducted from the overall refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged while in transit, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable item(s)
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special orders (merch is made to order) or underwear etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Item(s) not marked as "delivered" 
In the rare chance that your package has a carrier status of "returned to sender," "pre-shipment," or "lost in transit" please reach out to us at info@gayture.com. If your shipment has been delayed by over 6 days also contact us to find out where your package is and how we can get it to you.


Lost Item(s) marked as "delivered" 
If your package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, but you haven't received your order, reach out to info@gayture.com.

All lost item requests must be filled within 7 days of delivery. You will qualify for a replacement shipment, which in turn will require a new delivery address. If you chose to use the same delivery address, you release Gayture LTD from any responsibility on any possible issues once the replacement item has been shipment.
Refunds will not be provided if your order is marked as "shipped" by the carrier. 

WE ARE TAKING VERY STRICT MEASURES IN ORDER TO COMBAT MAIL FRAUD. Please make sure any claims are made within seven (7) days of you receiving your item(s). We reserve the right to refuse claims that have been made outside of seven (7) days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the cost of shipping to return the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
